Do you allow walk-ins?

Unfortunately we do not. Each athlete is required to reserve their sessions in advance by texting (209) 541-4348 each week.

Do package sessions roll over to the next month?

No. All package sessions must be used within 30 days. Extenuating circumstances are reviewed on a case by case basis due to academics, illness, travel, etc.

.How do I sign up for training?

You would text (209) 541-4348 and you will be provided with the schedule, pricing and necessary paperwork to complete to get started. You will be guided through the process as well as the reservation of your sessions.

How long are the training sessions?

The training sessions are 90 minutes long.
